Ingredients
1/2 of a 12oz can of spam (or 1 6oz can)
1 tbsp or 15g bacon grease
1.5 tbsp or 12g flour
1 cup or 250ml milk
A touch of Worcestershire
Mixed vegetables as much as you like
One 3.5 oz pack of Ramen Noodles
Splash of water from cooking the Ramen noodles
Dash of pepper and salt if needed
Preparation
To make the gravy:
1. Cut the spam into bitesize pieces.
2. Add bacon grease to a sauce pan over medium heat and melt it down. Drop in the spam and sauté until lightly brown – 2 to 3 minutes.  Then add the flour, mix and cook for roughly 2 minutes on low to medium heat.
3. Pour in the milk, add pepper and a dash of Worcestershire, stir and bring the sauce to a simmer.
4. (optional) Add a few mixed frozen, canned, or fresh vegetables of your choice – peas, carrots, corn, green beans etc… Warm the veggies over low heat.
To make the ramen:
5. Cook the ramen per the manufacturer’s instructions. Add the noodles directly to the gravy. Add a small amount of the noodle water (if you like a thin sauce add as much noodle water as you like) to the gravy and noodles. Mix over low heat. Taste and add salt and more pepper as needed.
